We offer web design, AI process automation, and product photography services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and prices are agreed in writing per project (via a separate proposal or contract).
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, code — is the property of Phira Studios or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.
Once a project is fully paid, the deliverables (e.g., website code, images, automations) become your property unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio with reasonable discretion (this can be opted out of in writing).
Images displayed in our portfolio are samples of our work. They may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Right-click and saving images is restricted as a courtesy reminder of this.
Information you share with us during proposals or projects is treated as confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent, except as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.
Each project includes a defined revision policy detailed in the proposal. Once final deliverables are accepted, additional work is billed separately. Refunds are handled per the terms of the individual project agreement.
Our services are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to deliver quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business results (e.g., increases in revenue, conversions, or efficiency).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phira Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Our product photography service uses AI-generated imagery. While we ensure all imagery is original and brand-aligned, you are responsible for confirming the imagery is appropriate for your intended commercial use. You retain full commercial rights to delivered images.
We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (hosting providers, email services, AI APIs, etc.) on your behalf. Use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
Either party may terminate a project per the terms detailed in the project agreement. Payment for work completed up to the termination date is due regardless.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia (where Phira Studios is based). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to clients directly.
